PSTPIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSTPIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSTPIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, SCGB2A1, and PFN3. Each is linked with PSTPIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSTPIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSTPIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by PSTPIP1-low versus PSTPIP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSTPIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSTPIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
