Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSRC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSRC1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PSRC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSRC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSRC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
