Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSRC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTERF2, ATP13A5, and CEP43. Each is linked with PSRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSRC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSRC1 versus MTERF2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
