PSRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 307 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51R1P, TRAJ5, and RPA2P2. Each is linked with PSRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51R1P grouped by PSRC1-low versus PSRC1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
