PSRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BPIFA1, FAM205A, and ASB17. Each is linked with PSRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BPIFA1 grouped by PSRC1-low versus PSRC1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
