PSPC1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSPC1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,762 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSPC1P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPTE2P6, ANKRD26P3, and SNORD114-23. Each is linked with PSPC1P2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPC1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PSPC1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSPC1P2 versus TPTE2P6 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSPC1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSPC1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
