Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSPC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSPC1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PSPC1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSPC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BRCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where PSPC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
