PSPC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSPC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSPC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, PPP1R8, and CPSF6. Each is linked with PSPC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSPC1 versus ZMYM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
