PSPC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSPC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 925 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSPC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10-NUDT3, BPY2DP, and TRAJ37. Each is linked with PSPC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSPC1-to-partner and partner-to-PSPC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10-NUDT3 grouped by PSPC1-low versus PSPC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSPC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSPC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
