Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSORS1C2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSORS1C2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD11B, RNU4-5P, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with PSORS1C2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSORS1C2-to-partner and partner-to-PSORS1C2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSORS1C2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSORS1C2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
