Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMG3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMG3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), where higher PSMG3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PCPG, HNSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where PSMG3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
