Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMG3 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMG3 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PSMG3 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMG3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC and OV show a favorable association.

LUAD, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where PSMG3 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
