Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, RNU6-267P, and MIR6509. Each is linked with PSMG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by PSMG3-low versus PSMG3-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
