Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PSMG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG3-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG3 results are reported.
