Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 651 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-54P, RPS17P17, and STMN1P2. Each is linked with PSMG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG1 results are reported.
