Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,910 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, CENP-A containing chromatin assembly, and Negative regulation of chromosome segregation. Each is linked with PSMG1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMG1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMG1 results are reported.
