PSMF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,204 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, NSFL1C, and XRN2. Each is linked with PSMF1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMF1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMF1 versus TRMT6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
