Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,441 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPRA, CSNK2A1, and FASTKD5. Each is linked with PSMF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMF1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMF1 versus PTPRA in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
