PSMF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 918 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7976, IGLV3-16, and RN7SKP299. Each is linked with PSMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMF1-to-partner and partner-to-PSMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7976 grouped by PSMF1-low versus PSMF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
