Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,257 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2L, GLRX3, and ZNHIT6. Each is linked with PSME4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME4-to-partner and partner-to-PSME4 results are reported.
