Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSME4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,448 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of centrosome cycle, RNA export from nucleus, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with PSME4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME4-to-partner and partner-to-PSME4 results are reported.
