PSME4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSME4 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,904 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRXN1, TSHZ2, and NCOR2. Each is linked with PSME4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME4-to-partner and partner-to-PSME4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NRXN1 grouped by PSME4-low versus PSME4-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
