Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSME3IP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,638 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME3IP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA export from nucleus, RNA-templated DNA biosynthetic process, and Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with PSME3IP1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME3IP1-to-partner and partner-to-PSME3IP1 results are reported.
