PSME3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,265 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC7, DHX8, and SMC2. Each is linked with PSME3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME3-to-partner and partner-to-PSME3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSME3 versus DNAJC7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
