PSME3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,385 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-718P, HNRNPRP2, and MIR6749. Each is linked with PSME3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME3-to-partner and partner-to-PSME3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-718P grouped by PSME3-low versus PSME3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
