Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSME2P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PSME2P4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PSME2P4 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSME2P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, STAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where PSME2P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
