PSME2P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,504 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSME2P1, PSME1, and PSME2. Each is linked with PSME2P2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME2P2-to-partner and partner-to-PSME2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
