Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,531 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSME2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, PSME1, and UBE2L6. Each is linked with PSME2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME2-to-partner and partner-to-PSME2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSME2 versus PSMB10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSME2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSME2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
