Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSME2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR, eIF4G, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PSME2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME2-to-partner and partner-to-PSME2 results are reported.
