PSME2

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSME2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,222 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSME2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell homeostasis, Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Negative regulation of regulatory T cell differentiation. Each is linked with PSME2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSME2-to-partner and partner-to-PSME2 results are reported.
