PSMD9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,947 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, SART3, and ZCCHC8. Each is linked with PSMD9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD9-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD9 versus SRSF9 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
