PSMD6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM15B, PPP4R2, and TASOR. Each is linked with PSMD6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD6 versus RBM15B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
