Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PSMD6 in more than 1 cancer types.
