Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,670 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA wobble base 5-methoxycarbonylmethyl-2-thiouridinylation, Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Positive regulation of spindle checkpoint. Each is linked with PSMD6 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD6-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD6 results are reported.
