PSMD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPOUT1, GTF3C4, and ANP32B. Each is linked with PSMD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD5 versus SPOUT1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
