Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,670 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM18, MRRF, and RAB14. Each is linked with PSMD5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD5 versus RBM18 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
