Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,326 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIBAN2, PTPA, and BIN3. Each is linked with PSMD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD5 versus NIBAN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
