PSMD5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 896 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCC, MSANTD3, and LMF2. Each is linked with PSMD5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCC grouped by PSMD5-low versus PSMD5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
