Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,957 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Positive regulation of chromosome condensation, and Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination. Each is linked with PSMD5 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD5-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD5 results are reported.
