Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMD4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMD4 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PSMD4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMD4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where PSMD4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
