PSMD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,816 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAR, ZNF687, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with PSMD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD4 versus ADAR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
