Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PSMD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, p62 Lck ligand, and Rab11. Each is linked with PSMD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Rad50 grouped by PSMD4-low versus PSMD4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
