Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,950 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), Threonyl-tRNA aminoacylation, and mRNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with PSMD4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD4-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD4 results are reported.
