Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,542 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2, PGM5, and LMOD1. Each is linked with PSMD2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD2 results are reported.
