Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,044 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMD7, EIF4A1, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with PSMD2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD2 results are reported.
