PSMD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD62A, PRMT5, and OIP5. Each is linked with PSMD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD62A grouped by PSMD2-low versus PSMD2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
