Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,529 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are CAMP/PKA signal transduction, Mitotic spindle elongation, and Positive regulation of cytokinesis. Each is linked with PSMD2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD2 results are reported.
