PSMD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PSMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,018 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC2A7, SSX7, and DYNAP. Each is linked with PSMD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC2A7 grouped by PSMD2-low versus PSMD2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
