Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PSMD14 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PSMD14 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PSMD14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PSMD14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where PSMD14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
