PSMD14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PSMD14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,715 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PSMD14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAPD2, RIF1, and RRM2. Each is linked with PSMD14 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PSMD14-to-partner and partner-to-PSMD14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PSMD14 versus NCAPD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PSMD14→partner) and Y-score (partner→PSMD14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
